On paper, it’s a fine line between the two. But depending on your business needs, for some, it can actually make the world of difference.

A broker may have market experience and access to a range of suppliers that leads to them securing a better rate than if you chose a supplier yourself.

But in the current climate – where cost-cutting is on the agenda for every business – you might need a consultant to offer more than just energy procurement.
